Bits of timeless Christmas love!
Anderson and I had our weekly date today. I'm coming to love these and he's coming to love his toy out of his happy meal! It's been really fun to take time each week to just dedicate to Anderson and I can truly tell he loves that his mommy is making this time!
As we were driving to the library today to check out books we had Christmas music on. I started to think about two things that are absolutely timeless. 1. a love for books and 2. classic Christmas music. I love it that I can pass down a love for literature to my little guy and then listen to him "singing" to Christmas music that has been around for decades. I love it that in this fast pace culture we can still appreciate things that have been in existence for generations!
Onto Mr. Funny man!
...today I took Anderson to get his haircut. The barber started to wet Anderson's hair down and suddenly said, "What is that?" Well...you see...yesterday Anderson got into my makeup. I was a bit humored to tell the barber, "Oh my goodness, that's my eyeliner on the side of his head!" The barber looked at me like I was a crazy lady! I noticed some of the eyeliner had broken off but I DID NOT notice that Anderson had used it to color in his hair! Everyday this kid makes me laugh!
Now I'm off to do something else that is timeless...laundry! Yuck!
