Yummy Peanut Clusters
Hope you are all having a wonderful week. Only ten more days until Christmas. I've tried to stay true to my post last week and remember to take some time to rest. Try to not let a season filled with wonderful activities take your focus away from truly celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ!
Okay...onto the recipe! This is a recipe that my great aunt always made and brought to Thanksgiving. Now I make these and bring them to Thanksgiving and everyone teases me that I'm my great aunt. Thanks! They may tease me but the peanut clusters disappear quickly! This makes for an easy holiday gift, dessert, or snack during a football game!
Melt bark and chips in microwave (15 seconds, stir, 15 seconds, stir, continue until melted); add peanut butter (may need to microwave for 5 more seconds), then peanuts. Pour into small paper candy cups.
Makes about 50 (more if you put a smaller amount into candy cups!)
