Snow

Today the snow has been gently falling most of the day. It's just so beautiful and peaceful. It reminds me how important to stop in the midst of life and appreciate. I am really so blessed. As I am writing..I realize it's a little strange to think that snow reminds me to stop and appreciate but...it just does!

Onto more random things. My son, who is teething, has been taking small stuffed animals and biting on them...letting them hang from his mouth! Is this normal? It's a good thing we don't have a dog. Anderson and the dog would be fighting over the same toys. It is very funny to watch him let the stuffed animals hang from his mouth! What a site!

So I said I wanted to post recipes. Last night I tried a new recipe called "Tortilla Bake" in my crock pot. I was so excited and thought it would be a good recipe to share until...one of my piano students moms walked in and said, "do you have a cat?" Then another piano student said, "what is that awful smell?" I realized the smell of my so called delicious dinner was not so delicious. Hate to admit it but it didn't taste delicious either! Pretty bad when dinner smells like a cat!
