Well hello there! It has certainly been awhile since I have written a post. Over the past two years my life has had a few more responsibilities added (like another child) but I have also been battling with posting to this blog. You see, I had started to tell myself that if I post on this blog and then highlight it to another social media site outside of Blogger that it looks boastful. For that reason, I have not been posting anything and yet I keep wrestling with the sense that I should be posting!
This battle has actually come to the point that I have been praying about it regularly over the past six months. Again, I keep sensing that I should be posting to this blog. I have known all along my intention has been to encourage and never to boast. I have decided that I am no longer going to allow this battle to triumph over what I feel God telling me to do! I have this burning desire within me to share how God has worked in my life and is changing me! At this point in my life I am not engaged in any public speaking or writing and I really feel God is leading me to this resource to share about the freedom I have living in Him!
That being said, if you see a post on Facebook, etc. it just means the Lord has put something on my heart to share. It is my deepest desire that individuals would be able to allow God to be their rock. That we would not try to depend on things of this world to satisfy us, guide us or fulfill us but allow God to do all of those things. Trust me, I have found that when we trust Him He satisfies, guides and fulfills us far more than we could imagine!

Go for it! If you know in your heart that your intention is to encourage and not to be boastful, you must go ahead with what God places on your heart. Some may criticize but many more will be helped by what you write.
